Description

Lab Trials & Material Processing

Our state-of-the-art laboratory provides proof-of-concept testing allowing Chemfilt to successfully demonstrate the optimum process parameters and the correct type of equipment required for your application. All new and customer-specific applications are validated and documented in production tests using the customers’ original materials.

Our Fully Equipped, On-Site Test Facility

The Chemfilt on-site test lab, located at our US facility in Gurnee, IL, offers a wide variety of equipment for testing or rental. Process engineers are on hand to assist with application knowledge gathered in Chemfilt worldwide test facilities. Customers are encouraged to participate and observe the lab testing of their products at the Gurnee facility. The equipment is also available for in-plant testing at the customer’s own facility.

We also offer lab tests via livestream video for those who don't want to travel. This enables you and your team to interact directly with our test lab manager and watch live as your material is being processed. You will see microscope images of your processed product, and after the trial has been completed you will receive recorded videos and an extensive lab report filled with data and conlusion. All from the comfort of your office or home!

"I would like to commend you on the trial recording as it demonstrated the dedicated passion and expertise of your team. The team's confidence in your equipment was illustrated when you can record the trial on an unknown material."  - Verne Hogg, ZMM Canada Minerals.
